The Wellness Clinic
We provide care to those without health insurance on a sliding fee scale.
CBWW is here to help you take charge of your health by providing affordable healthcare and health programs to support your health journey. Our healthcare and health programs include:
Women’s Health, Primary Care, Mental & Emotional Wellbeing, Health Education and promotion, and Breast and Cervical Cancer programs.
If you believe you may be eligible for a program, please call us at (404) 688-9202 ext. 110 to schedule your healthcare appointment.
