Breast and Cervical Cancer Program
If you are without health insurance and live in the Atlanta area, you may be eligible to receive a free clinical breast exam or mammogram. Please contact kkemp@cbww.org or call us at (404)-688-9202 ext. 110 to determine eligibility.
Mammography is the most effective screening tool used today to find breast cancer in most women. It is an X-ray of the breast used to detect breast changes in people who have no signs or symptoms of breast cancer. The benefits of mammography vary by age. We recommend that women begin their annual mammograms at age 35.
COVID Vaccination Program
CBWW is committed to ensuring equitable access to vaccines, providing judgment-free education to help women make informed decisions for themselves and their families, and linking families to resources, such as COVID testing kits.
For information on upcoming testing or vaccine opportunities, visit our events page or contact NMobley@cbww.org.
