July is BIPOC Mental Health Month (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color)

In honor of BIPOC Mental Health Month, join us for this virtual discussion on ways to foster healing and resilience through holistic wellness principles and practices. Led by Dr. Shay, LMFT, we will learn how to liberate ourselves from the impact of trauma by affirming and reclaiming our power to maximize mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, and relational health.
